Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the websites, diagnostics, software, and subscription services provided by Avery Core Kinetics LLC ("ACK"). By using the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid engagements are quoted and invoiced directly by an Avery Core Kinetics representative until cancelled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Diagnostic tools and trial passes are provided for informational purposes. They produce an assessment based on available signals and do not guarantee detection or prevention of every threat.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer protected components, resell access without authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law or export controls.

All software, hardware designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ACK. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid term.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ACK's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to ACK in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
