Avery Core Kinetics LLC ("ACK", "we", "us") builds hardware-governed security products. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, diagnostic tools, and licensing checkout, and how we use it.

Account and contact data: email address and any details you voluntarily submit through contact, pilot intake, or lead-capture forms.

Billing data: subscription and payment records. Card details are entered directly with our invoicing provider and are never stored on our servers.

Diagnostic data: our public diagnostic runs in your browser on your own device. Results are generated locally. We only receive diagnostic information if you explicitly submit a report or request a copy by email.

Technical data: standard server and analytics data such as browser type, approximate region, and pages viewed.

To operate and secure the service, deliver purchased licenses, process payments, respond to inquiries, send service or transactional messages, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information.

We share limited data with vendors who process it on our behalf, including our invoicing provider (payments), our cloud database and hosting providers, and email delivery services. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterward as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Access is restricted and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
